Throughout the years in financial operations, the part I loved most was always process design. I enjoyed analysing workflows, testing new designs, and collaborating across teams to identify pain points and create smoother, more effective user journeys.

In 2021, I expanded this expertise by obtaining my professional diploma from the UX Design Institute, where one of my projects was selected for promotional featuring. This formal education further strengthened my ability to design scalable, user-centred processes from the ground up.
